Email Sign Up

You email the base that you want to fly from. The date of signup determines who flies first among your class of passengers - You want to be senior on the list when you plan to fly.  Emails are good up to 60 days after that you revert to 0 days for Air Force Terminals. Some Navy terminals sign up is only for 45 days. Send your outbound and return email about 50 days before you plan to fly. You can try to get closer to the 60 day mark but you risk the chance of going over the 60 days if you encounter delays. You can send the email from just where you plan to fly from, but I usually send it to most bases in the US, with a return from most overseas bases, since you often don�t know your plans two months in advance. I send out the email every few months. Send a copy to yourself. The Base flight ops should be able to find your email electronically but sometimes they go to email heaven so keep a copy with you when you travel. You can choose five countries as destinations.
